Amaretto Amaro Sour

• 1.5 oz Amaretto

• 1.25 oz St Agrestis Amaro

• 0.5 oz Bourbon

• 1 oz lemon juice

• 2 dashes angostura bitters

• egg white

• grated nutmeg

Combine Amaretto, Amaro, Bourbon, lemon juice, bitters, and egg white in a shaker. Dry shake for 10 seconds, add ice, and proceed to shake again until very cold.

Strain into a chilled glass and grate a light amount of nutmeg to top.
